After reading this article, I was inspired to do make a faux-prototype Birth suit.

The Kamen Rider Birth Prototype:
History: When the Birth project was started by Dr. Maki, the Birth suit’s only purpose was to be an armoured suit that is durable enough to fend off yummies and even greeeds, Maki never had the any other weapon system in mind when the suit was a planned out. It only had one receptacle orb which was it’s special attack, the “Breast Cannon”. It was fresh as a newly-born idea on the verge of growth.
But the prototype’s idea was sadly scrapped after Kougami demanded a few new features (More receptacle orbs for the CLAWs) and the addition of computer-assisted support (in the guise of a face plate) for the rider since he has seen the prototype in lousy action, and that the Foundation head said that the suit wasn’t Happy nor Wonderful enough for his taste.
After that, the belt was kept under the pillow of Maki’s bed and it remained as one of his other security blankets besides his doll. But yet it will unfold into it’s second and possibly last use.Weapon stats:
One (1) M134 Gattling Gun
One (1) Rocket Propelled Chainsaw (The Drill Arm’s predecessor)
Two (2) Kougami Custom MP5k
One (1) Breast Cannon
Other features:
- No arm/leg CLAWs attachements, rather those receptacle orbs are kevlar balls that are used to keep the user safe.
- The suit is made out of Asbestos, Pykrete and Spandex and several alloy metals for further reinforcement with 18% kevlar on the suit, while 100% kevlar on the kneepads, shoulderpads and other external protective gear.
- No computer assisted support, hence the riderman-like helmet feature. So yeah, Gotou-chan can smoke a few cigarettes and even drink coke zero while fighting some yummies if he wanted to, with an open facemask like that.
